2.3 Digital products are delivered electronically, typically via instant download link or email, immediately (or shortly) after payment is confirmed. It is your responsibility to ensure you provide a valid email address and to check spam/junk folders if a download link does not arrive promptly.

2.4 Product descriptions are provided in good faith and we aim for accuracy, but we do not guarantee that every product will meet your specific requirements. Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

3. Payment

3.1 Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment provider(s) (e.g. Stripe, PayPal). We do not store your full payment card details on our servers.

3.2 By submitting an order, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

4. Refunds and Cancellations

4.1 Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, all sales are final and non-refundable once the download has been accessed or sent.

4.2 If you believe you were charged in error or experienced a technical failure preventing delivery of your purchase, contact us within 7 days and we will investigate and resolve the issue, which may include a replacement download or refund at our discretion.

5. License to Use

5.2 You may not:
